Troubled Teens of America is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to help families by pointing parents in the right direction to find the resources necessary to solve family problems. We realize that there are many different options when helping your child, and sometimes as parents, it’s difficult to know which one best fits your child’s needs. Every child is different and there are so many programs out there. It’s hard to know which program has a track record, which one the family can afford, and more importantly, which one would be successful in helping your family.

Three ways Troubled Teens Helps families

1. C.A.E. Test: Troubled teens of America assists families in making the right decisions by using a critical assessment evaluation. The results of the test are designed to help you select the best solution for your child.

2. Research on Programs: Troubled Teens of America has researched a variety of different solutions designed to help your family. We will recommend solutions that we feel would be the most suitable for your family after we have completed the critical assessment evaluation.

3. Grants: Behavior modification can be very expensive. Our organization has grants available for some programs we recommend. In some cases we cover as much as 50% of the costs associated with these programs.

Toubled Teens of America does not own or operate schools or programs. The organization is there for you and your family to study the programs, schools, and other options available, verify their legitimacy and operational integrity, and choose and recommend only the best to you. The organization is there to assist you in making an intelligent and safe solution.

The site and the telephones are staffed with skilled volunteers who have had years of experience working with youth and with treatment programs and schools. They are happy to listen to your concerns, conduct a thorough evaluation of your needs, and make recommendations based on those needs.
