Your right to privacy while using the World Wide Web is very important to us at Troubled Teens of America ("TToA"). TToA is committed to helping you maintain control over your personal data while fostering the growth of a more interactive, engaging, and personalized Web experience. We respect your right to control how much information you provide about yourself. The following Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, protect and use information we receive from visitors to our web site ("Site"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Site and not to information collected offline.

1. What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected

We do not collect personally identifiable information on our Site unless you voluntarily provide some information about yourself via an electronic mail message or by filling out one of our online forms. By "personal information", we mean data that is unique to an individual, such as a name, address or telephone number. Online Forms

The Site has several online forms that we use to collect minimum necessary information to process your request. The information obtained is only used in matters related to your query. We reserve the right to publish some of the data received (such as testimonies, visitor questions etc.) on our Site. Browser Cookies

Some information obtained while we provide the services may be used to train personnel, create documentation, knowledge base, FAQs and other support materials. In such case all identifiable details of customer will be removed.
